Brad Raymond focuses his practice on corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, private equity, and entity formation. He earned his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center and served as Chief Editor for the Houston Law Review’s online platform: Houston Law Review Online. Brad also served as a judicial intern to Magistrate Judge Andrew Edison of the Southern District of Texas.

Before attending law school, Brad enjoyed a fifteen-year career as a professional opera singer. His career included over 500 performances in more than fifty opera and concert halls, spanning three continents around the world, performing works from Bach to Bizet to Bernstein. Brad is grateful to be back in his hometown of Houston, where he enjoys running with his fiancée, golfing and seeking out the best barbecue joints in the great state of Texas.
